for a love of fitness and health from a young age. For the past 20 years, I have loved working as a personal/group trainer. Over that time I’ve worked with many populations including weight loss, strength and conditioning, competitive bodybuilding, injury prevention, wellness coaching, endurance training and metabolic conditioning. In 2001 I enjoyed the opportunity to work with the Columbus Crew as a trainer. I currently enjoy blending weightlifting, bodybuilding and Crossfit styes into my workouts.

she has taught power, yin, and slow flow to students of all ages. She discovered yoga in 2010, where she was all about the power yoga, but quickly discovered the benefits of slower flow, restorative, and yin yoga. As a high school athlete, with many long-standing injuries, she discovered how yoga benefitted her physically and mentally. Additionally, due to her background of working in the schools and with kids, she has always wanted to blend both yoga with teaching kids. While not in the gym or yoga studio, you can find Lauren hiking new trails in Ohio, biking, or at the community garden.
